Messages In A Bottle

Post messages in time, to friends you've lost touch with here.
They cannot all be found on facebook. But here, if you say their
full name, Google will show a link to your message as a result for them.

You may also post messages to those who have passed away,
or to anyone at all, whether they will know, or not, you can at least get to say your piece.

Of course you might want someone to be able to google your name, to find you. Well, then write your full name. It's easy! (Just be sure you really do want to hear from them again (and be aware, potentially anyone who might be looking for you can google your name, so..be aware of that before you post. XD

I missed you along the way, and wouldn't mind a visit even now. Come see what I built, from that small start with The Daily Muse, and not even having a clue what PS or bb/code was yet!

I always regretted not keeping in touch after I left. ( I regretted that I left. Neutral

) I went back and won a trophy (and got banned, for telling the meanies they suck, and for failing to kiss Inadaze's ass for her). That's ok. I stood by the same principles I did when Anang threw me out (you know she cost the site 100,000 members with her heavy-handed nonsense ? Yep, and got fired for it too.

Then they hired a manager. But I wont speak ill of ThePavs. I liked her. I actually wish she'd come join here.

But Miss Bimbo went from 500,000 active members, down to only 8,000? now. Nico had succeeded only from the massive bad press his LACK of good judgment invited. so his business then failed, because he hadn't succeeded by being any good at running one.

Well, if you read this, you found me. This is my site. It has no rules or mods (which is what my experience taught me is the only thing that will work, and be morally ok. Let the members run it themselves. Its theirs. Don't exert control by making threats and opening mail (Yikes. WTF)
Okay, so I have started a site based on having clearly learned what NOT to do, lol

And I missed your friendship when i went back to MB that second time. I was entirely alone. So many had left. I wrote at your profile a lot (but they deleted me, so its all disappeared.)(Oh yes, I'm a criminal because even though i wrote a game guide, got hired to do Blouzar's magazine, be a mod, won a trophy, yadda yadda, still, if the meanies don't like you, out you go (with Inadaze's blind rubber stamp) right?

I got thrown out because of a stalker and a pervert. I'm not going to write their names. I don't want their foul stank to find this place, frankly.

But part of what occurred was i wrote something pro-feminist, and an alleged gay guy (he wasn't there for honest reasons, he posted threads asking the women to describe their "private parts", and spent inordinate amounts of time hanging where they post pictures of themselves, telling them about his penis.) well, he took it on himself to "get rid of me", because "he doesn't need MY kind around his forum". I showed this to BananaBabe, but she was a meaniehead too, it turned out, so she helped "Ace of Spades" (the perv) to get rid of me. It's what bully cliques do. This is why -while I have no rules- I do state if anyone tries to take control like that, OR to tell lies or act maliciously to harm anyone, they'll be deleted and IP blocked without explanation. Their friends too.

hmm.. yea, there's no way to tell that story and feel kind.

You know, a wise guy (he he) once said "Anger does more harm to the vessel in which it is stored, than on whom it is poured." So I try to let the hate go, and take only the things i gained from the struggle (and I gained a lot. I know how to make and operate a forum, and an online magazine. That's pretty good!

And I still had the poem you gave me when things were going bad. And I turned to it when things went bad again. I guess you meant a lot to me, because you believed in me and you were such an interesting friend. Several times you gave me advice I still remember now. I loved the calm rational manner you described of dealing with things. And the tutorials you put in your AM were part of what got me started towards doing more with an online magazine.

Well.. What you been up to?
I saw you did Lost Angeles.
I remember you were starting a website.
But I have no idea after that.
I just know I was flabbergasted when I looked for you, and saw both how fortunate, and how beautiful, you actually are in real life. Wow!
